Yes, DaebakShirts is under Spreadshirt company. They take care of the shipping, printing, and the customer billing information. This is why we have no access to customer information except for order numbers&the country they’re from. We also have no authority to cancel orders.

There’s a set standard of minimum prices required by Spreadshirt. We have to ask them for the coupon codes, and there’s only certain discounts that we can help the customers obtain.

If the coupon code has something to do with Running Man or DaebakShirts, then it’s requested by either me or Admin Ylan. If it’s a regular coupon code, it’s provided by the company itself for everyone to use.
